Installation of weight measurement systems
GCIS jointly wit DKL (Ukraine) renders services in the installation of weight measurement equipment, namely:
- Weighing equipment (railway scales, truck scales, weight bridges, hopper scales, conveyor scales, crane scales, weight measuring devices,
checkweighters, and intellectual diagnostic controllers) - Marking and identification equipment (laser printers, print-and-apply systems, optic cameras and sensors)
- Computer (technical) vision to control the product quality (state-of-the-art systems to detect and reject products with such defects as absence of
marking or label and breaks and spalls up to several microns in size) - Barcode readers and QR code readers (industrial optical and laser scanners)
- Dimensional weight measurement (automated systems to measure the cargo weight and dimensions in parallel)
One of the successful projects is the Weight Measurement System for Coal Charging Car that was implemented for COBs # 5 and
# 6 at JSC Zaporizhcoke in 2020 and for COB # 7 at JSC Yuzhcoke in 2021
Scope of works:
- Designing of weight measurement system to adapt and install new equipment at the existing coal charging car
- Installation of equipment and accessories to modernize three bins of one car
- Erection of steel structures for equipment
- Implementation of Wi-Fi modules to receive and transmit data
- Commissioning and startup of the system
