Major overhaul on 16 heating walls
Complete re-bricking of heating walls from the level of bricks on the reinforced concrete plate
Works performed:
• Dismantling / carrying out brickwork for 16 heating walls along their entire length (16 heating flues)
• Replacement of reinforcement and process equipment (buckstay, armour plates, door frames, transverse and longitudinal bracing)
• Installation of temporary gas line
• Drying and heating up of heating walls (72 days)
• Charging and ramp-up
